What started as a stone wall of public libraries reportedly denying the former Growing Pains actor Kirk Cameron storytime, has turned into a raving success with lines and people waiting to get in. According to CBN, Cameron’s recent reading of his new book, “As You Grow,” at the Placentia Library, about 30 miles outside Los Angeles attracted over 1,000 children and parents eager for fun, family-friendly values.

Cameron’s publisher, Brave Books, shared on social media that nothing would stop these God-fearing, loving fathers and mothers.

“Nobody can stand in the way of God fearing, loving fathers and mothers! Despite the downpour of rain, these BRAVE patriots came out to support @KirkCameron’s LIVE book reading! Thank you, Placentia! We will be back soon, California!”

Those who came out in droves refused to let the liberal media and governments’ best efforts silence the majority of Americans nor allow an agenda against their will to be pushed down their throats.

Cameron explained that over 50 woke libraries denied their attempt to have a  story hour, though they hosted gender name change clinics and drag queen shows, some the following day.

“I think that the public libraries are government funded by the people who live within those communities and the values of the community members ought to be valued and they ought to be shared with their children,” shared Cameron on CBN

Cameron went on to explain that the new children’s book doesn’t mention God or the Bible but teaches values and characteristics of love, peace, and kindness.

“I certainly know there are many many families who would love to have their children learn how to grow the fruit of kindness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control.”

In response to the libraries, Cameron stated, “It’s very disheartening to see those public libraries are hindering access for children to good and godly values.”
